Deliveries and returns

The transport of your package

Packages are generally dispatched within 48 hours after receipt of your payment. The standard shipping method is Colissimo, delivered with signature.

We advise you to group your purchases into a single order. We cannot group two separate orders and you will have to pay the shipping costs for each of them. The packages are oversized and protected in order to protect your orders as much as possible.

Make a return

After the purchase and delivery of your order, you have 14 days from the date of receipt of the item (s) to make a return if the product does not meet your needs. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. The return must be made by registered or colissimo with tracking.

No returns will be accepted if you have used or damaged the products intended for return and such use or damage renders the product (s) unfit for sale.

To make a return, you must go to your customer account and click on the button "My orders " .
Then select the order including the item you want to return.
Once the item (s) have been selected, click on "Request a return" .

Macadam Basket will then receive a return request, which, once confirmed, will allow you to print the return receipt located in the "Return Products" tab of your customer account. Finally, you can return the products to us via tracked Colissimo, to the address indicated on the return slip.

Upon your return and after checking the perfect condition of the product (s), we will refund the amount.
